Order Processing

📦 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
✉️ You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
🚫 We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
📞 Buyers must provide a valid phone number at checkout for shipping purposes.

*Note: Orders without a phone number cannot be processed!



Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of swimwear and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for the following reasons:
🚫 Wrong item sent
💔 Defective or damaged product upon arrival

📩 To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, along with an unboxing video and your order number.

The video must clearly show:

— The unopened package
— The opening process
— The product condition

If your return is approved, the item must be:
✅ Unused
✅ Unwashed
✅ With all original tags attached



Custom Orders

Custom-made or logo-branded swimwear for institutions cannot be returned unless there is a production error from our side.



Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
🛃 Customs clearance
📍 Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
🚚 Courier service issues beyond our control
